The community members that come through our program come with a range of experiences including: grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, alcohol and substance abuse, and suicide ideation. They have many questions and are unsure of where [offline] to find these answers.

It is our hope to empower our youth, adults, parents and elders with the skills to take care of their own mental health, knowledge to recognize when they themselves or others are not doing well and what to do in times of crisis. That includes talking to mental health professionals.
