The Coronavirus is a global public health AND mental health pandemic. As challenging as these times have been, we have a responsibility to ourselves and to our loved ones to do everything within our power to preserve and nourish our mental well being.

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) assessed COVID-19 as a pandemic.

On March 16, 2020, the Canadian Government declared a stay in place order to slow the spread of the Coronavirus.

At Art + Health, we have pivoted our youth programming to be accessible online and as well as on the ground support addressing food insecurity among our seniors, families with young children and anyone else in need.
